Allesley Hall PTA is proud to put on the 6th, annual Allesley Firework Display.
We’ve done our best to create an event you’ll be delighted to attend with your family.
Gates will open at 5:00pm.
There’ll be a bar for the grown ups, and soft drinks and sweets for the kids.
We’ll have burgers for sale, as well as homemade cakes and tea and coffee.
And there’ll be a stall dedicated to selling all manner of glow sticks and other fun stuff for the children (big and small!).
We have lots of crowd-pleasing entertainment, including live music, before the main event...
The fabulous firework display, at 7pm!
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All ages are welcome to attend the Allesley Firework Display. Under 3's are free to enter, and child tickets are for 3-17 year olds. Proof of age may be requested of children entering the event.
There will be a bar at the event and if you're fortunate to look under 25 years old, you'll be asked to prove you are at least aged 18.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Allelsey Firework Display is intended as a local event for the local community. We therefore expect most people to walk to Allesley Hall School. If you have to drive, there is limited on-road parking around the venue.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You are welcome to bring rugs and chairs to sit on, though please leave your own food and drink at home. There will be plenty to buy for everyone, and we're sure you'd like to help us raise as much money as possible for Allelsey Hall School.
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Your ticket is transferrable. Whoever has the ticket will be able to gain entry.
Can I update my registration information?
Sure. Just follow the instructions on the confirmation email you received after booking.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
In order to gain entry to the Allesley Firework Display, you'll either have to bring your printed ticket, or show an e-ticket. No ticket = no entry.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds are available for purchased tickets, under any circumstances. The PTA will have made a significant, non-refundable investment in the Allesley Firework Display and if, in the unlikely event we have to cancel, any surplus after all suppliers have been paid will be regarded as a donation to the Allelsey Hall School PTA and put to extremely good use.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes. As mentioned above, tickets are transferrable.
